Test Code Billings Clinic: 4693 B-Type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP), Plasma

Important Note

Specimens that contain biotin at a concentration of 30 ng/mL demonstrate less than or equal to 10% change in results. Biotin concentration greater than this may lead to falsely depressed results for patient samples.

Atellica IM BNP test results should not be used interchangeably with other manufacturers’ BNP assays, nor should Atellica IM BNP test results be used interchangeably with NT‑proBNP assay results.
