Patient Preparation: For optimal antibody detection, it is recommended collecting the specimen before initiation of immunosuppressant medication.

Submission Container/Tube: Plastic vial
Specimen Volume: 3 mL
Collection Instructions: Centrifuge and aliquot serum into a plastic vial.
