Specimen Requirements
- Specimen must arrive within 8 hours of collection.
- 10 mL from a fresh, first-morning, random urine collection in a sterile urine container with tightly-fitting lid.
- Send specimen refrigerated.

Room Temperature - 2 hour
Refrigerated (Preferred) - 8 hours

0% (negative)
>1% urine eosinophilia is considered a positive finding.
