Evaluation of patients suspected of having hypersensitivity pneumonitis induced by exposure to Aspergillus fumigatus; S. rectivirgula; Saccharomonospora viridis; T. candidus; T. sacchari; T. vulgaris; A. pullulans IgG; Alternaria alternata (m6) IgG; Cladosporium herbarum IgG; Penicillium notatum IgG; Phoma spp IgG; Trichoderma viride IgG
Methodology
Double Diffusion (DD) • ImmunoCAP®
This test was performed using a kit that has not been cleared or approved by the FDA. The analytical performance characteristics of this test have been determined by Quest Diagnostics. This test should not be used for diagnosis without confirmation by other medically established means.
Specimen Requirements
- 3 mL (2 mL minimum) serum submitted in a transport tube
- Send refrigerated on a cold pack.
